Delta Adds More Service Between Atlanta and San Jose, Costa Rica

ATLANTA, Dec. 1, 2000 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) today adds a second nonstop daily flight between Atlanta and San Jose, Costa Rica. The new seasonal flight will operate from Dec. 1 through April 30.

In making the announcement, Mark A. P. Drusch, Delta's senior vice president -- network management, said, "Delta has strategically scheduled this additional flight to meet the needs of the business traveler, with a convenient morning departure out of San Jose. This second flight builds upon the overwhelming success of Delta's current year-round nonstop service between Atlanta and San Jose."

The new flight will operate on Delta's Boeing 757 aircraft, configured in two classes, business and economy.
